Annual Multi-Trip Plans are good for frequent travelers.
You get the convenience of not having to purchase insurance each time you travel
and you can take as many trips as you want all year.
Q: I want to stay longer; can I extend my policy?
Yes, you can. Just call us or the Insurance Company no sooner
than seven days prior to the expiry of your policy. You can purchase an extension
provided you call (during business hours) at least 48 hours prior to the expiry
of your first coverage. You will be asked to clarify if you are in good health
with no reason to expect medical treatment and that you have not filed any claims
on the policy. Extension fees will be charged.
Q: Are there age limits for Visitors to Canada Plan?
Yes, this coverage is not available for persons over 85 years
of age. A policy may not be purchased for anyone less than 15 days old.
Q: Will Visitors to Canada
Plan pay for trips outside Canada?
Yes, provided the majority of the time on risk is spent in
Canada.
Expenses incurred in your country of origin will not be covered.

If you have been hospitalized, you must call the T.I.C. claims department at
1-800-882-5246 or call collect 604-639-8849 within 48 hours. Failure to do
so, without reasonable cause, will reduce eligible expenses by 20%. To make a
claim, fill out the Claim Form completely and include all original bills or start
